Welcome one of two new custom-mixes from our Millers' repertoire! Our standard red blend flour is a combination of Ruby Lee (organic hard red winter from Alva, OK) and a local soft red winter wheat (grown in Joshua, TX). Both are milled then sifted to ‘00’ and blended for the perfect combination of flavor, structure, and tenderness in cookies, cakes, and pies.
