Fresh, organic Texas figs from Ulrich Orchards. The Jelly Queens love Farmer Gary! Our Balsamic Fig Jam is thick and rich and is a great addition to pork tenderloin for a special holiday dinner. Add a little vinegar and oil and it makes a great salad dressing.
