We started our family business in 2013 featuring only, our dessert tamales. In 2016, we opened our first brick and mortar tamale shop in downtown Fate,Texas. Here we make all of our tamales in small batches. Currently, we make over 11 different varieties of tamales and all of our meat tamales are state inspected.

We are committed to using simple/natural ingredients. All our tamales are gluten free. We won't use fillers, artificial preservatives, high fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated fats.
