The owner, Savannah Gray, was born and raised in Tacoma, WA, where small drive-thru stands and artisan coffee shops were always just minutes away. She began to fall in love with serving coffee by making simple espresso-based drinks at church before and after services as a volunteer barista, and has worked her way up to now owning her own coffee shop.

Savannah's vision for Evergreen is to become an everyday staple in the community. Life is too short for boring coffee and okay customer service. By sharing a deep passion for her customers and making coffee with high quality products, Savannah hopes to bring together the community in a new way.
