Each member of our Evergreen family has extensive knowledge of the industry and a love for the coffee they serve. Evergreen Coffee & Energy not only offers classic coffee, but a wide variety of drinks, including craft beverages and natural energy-based misters.

The owner, Savannah Gray, was born and raised in Tacoma, WA, where small drive-thru stands and artisan coffee shops were always just minutes away. She started drinking 'coffee' at five years old, although the cup was more creamer than coffee. She began to fall in love with serving coffee by making simple espresso-based drinks at church before and after services as a volunteer barista. She then worked at multiple coffee shops in the Tacoma area, eventually earning a promotion to manager. Now she is focused on creating a drive thru coffee shop with a mission rooted in creating craft beverages that are made to make your day.

Savannah's vision for Evergreen is to become an everyday staple in the community. Life is too short for boring coffee and okay customer service. By sharing a deep passion for her customers and making coffee with high quality products, Savannah hopes to bring together the community in a new way.
